Please ensure all player details are accurate. Tournaments are conducted in a round-robin format. All players must be registered members of their respective clubs or associations. TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS (please read carefully): - Age is taken as at date of the event: Players must be 18 years or younger on the date of the tournament. - Players may enter 1 events only. - Length of matches and draw formats will be determined by the number of entrants in each event with players guaranteed a minimum of three sets per event. - First round match times will be confirmed via email two days prior to the event. - Events may be cancelled or combined at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director. - Correct tennis attire must be worn at all times. - Inappropriate on-court behaviour will not be tolerated. - Entry fee MUST be paid prior to your first match. Payment on the day is fine. Credit card & cash payments accepted. - Trophies/medallions will be awarded to the winners and runners-up in each event. - Facebook: Search and “like” OSSIE’S TENNIS COACHING @ Beaconsfield for event photos. - Late withdrawals (after entries have closed) will be required to provide a medical certificate otherwise the full entry fee will be charged. - If the tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather all players will be notified via sms.
